Frequently asked questions about applying to Raynet

You can easily apply for any training by clicking on the button "Apply online". If you have any questions in advance, please send an email to bewerbungen@raynet.de or contact our Human Resources Team at +49 (0) 5251/54009-0.

If you haven't found a suitable position, but would like to support us with your skills, you are very welcome to send us an initiative application.

Your application should give us a good impression of who you are, why you have the desired choice of training and why you would like to become a part of Raynet. Therefore, we look forward to receiving your cover letter, CV, and certificates.

After we have received your documents, you will immediately receive a confirmation. Then we review your application and coordinate with the contact persons in the respective departments so that we can get back to you as soon as possible. This usually takes no longer than two weeks.

After the introductory interview, you will usually receive a response within a week.

 

 

We like to get to know applicants for our training positions better in an Assessment Center. For this purpose, we invite you and other applicants to our headquarters in Paderborn. After a test with questions on general and specialist knowledge, we will give you a presentation on Raynet and our training program and conclude with a round of introductions. In total, the Assessment Center lasts about 2 hours.

We want to learn more about you. Check our website and Social Media accounts for information and find out what we do, who we are and who we are looking for. Why do you fit into our team? How would you like to bring us forward with your skills and what do you want to achieve in your life?

We have a very good onboarding concept for all areas to make your start easier. This concept is individually adjusted to the respective area of training and integrates you step by step into the tasks and the department. We have also introduced a comprehensive sponsorship model so that you always have a "buddy" at your side who is still going through the training or has already successfully completed it.

At the start of your training on August 1, there will also be many team events and orientation sessions to make your start in the working world easier.

Lots of space for personal initiative, innovative ideas and new challenges. You can also look forward to numerous benefits.
