Your tasks at Raynet
- Support of the sales team throughout the sales process by explaining complex technical issues to sales representatives, customers, and technical contacts
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of proof of values
- Conduct customized and inspiring solution presentations to decision makers
- Trusted advisor for prospects and customers: identifying needs and translating those into solutions
- Participating in trade shows, events, and webinars
- Responsible processing of RFI/RFP requests
- Setup and maintenance of the demo system landscape
- Monitoring and evaluation of current trends, competitors, and new technologies
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science or IT
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally at a software company
- In-depth knowledge of network architectures, particularly in working with firewalls and proxy servers
- Microsoft MCP certification or, ideally, MCSE
- In-depth knowledge of Windows client and server systems, particularly Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and network configuration
- Solid knowledge of databases and web services, particularly MS SQL
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Python
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience in implementing and operating cloud-based solutions (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills, resilience, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and solution-oriented communication style
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style
