Your tasks at Raynet
- Create and maintain technical documents for internal and external use in English
- Create, review, and improve technical documentation such as user manuals, installation instructions, release notes, training materials, etc.
- Update and maintain existing documentation, revising for correctness and relevance
- Close cooperation with product management and the development team to collect, understand and communicate technical information
- Independent research to complete the available information
- Adherence to internal documentation guidelines and industry standards to ensure quality and consistency of documentation
- Co-design and define requirements specifications and internal standards for documentation
Our expectations
- Technical understanding of complex software products and concepts
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the environment of a software manufacturer
- Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality, and independent implementation
- Very good English (spoken and written)
- Very confident writing and communication style with the ability to present complex content simply and understandably
- Proactive and reliable
- In-depth knowledge of content management systems (preferably Help & Manual)
