We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to strengthen our support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure excellent support experience that meets our quality standards and Service Level Agreements.

Your tasks at Raynet
- Manage and resolve customer requests primarily through Zendesk and other support platforms
- Perform detailed analysis of technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product Management, and other departments on complex cases
- Follow all support processes, quality standards, and agreed-upon SLAs
- Document technical findings and contribute to maintaining and improving the knowledge base
- Support customers in the implementation, configuration, and operation of our software solutions
- Provide training and onboarding for customers and internal teams
- Handle email or phone communication only in exceptional or escalated scenarios.
Your qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in IT
- Basic technical knowledge in the following areas:
- Windows Server and Client Administration
- Linux/Unix System Administration
- Ticketing systems (ideally Zendesk)
- Remote access solutions and remote support tools
- PowerShell and Python scripting
- Networks
- SQL Database
- Container technology (Docker) and virtualization
- Jira
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus and the ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Structured, reliable, and independent style of work
- High sense of responsibility, solution orientation and ownership of support cases
