Your tasks at Raynet

  • Acquisition of new customers as well as support and management of existing customers
  • Lead generation and conversion of up/cross sell to continuously expand the sales pipeline
  • Planning and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer network by developing business cases
  • Independent planning and implementation of sales appointments, events and campaigns
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the marketing and product management team, joint development of new ideas and “go to market” approaches

Your qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in the acquisition, development and support of B2B customers in the IT sector as well as experience in the sale of IT products
  • In-depth understanding of IT sales processes and their optimization
  • Experience in solution selling in collaboration with the partner network
  • “Hunting” mindset and confidence in closing deals
  • Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking & acting and independent implementation in line with customer interests
  • Constructive attitude and solution orientation, combined with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A degree in economics or technical studies, alternatively a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%) and flexibility in combination with a structured and analytical way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
