Your tasks at Raynet
- Close collaboration and coordination within an agile, international Product Management team to deliver innovative product solutions together.
- Defining and developing the product vision and strategic roadmap.
- Managing the entire product discovery process – from initial ideas through concepts to validated features.
- Bridging the gap between customers, sales, development, and stakeholders
- Active expectation management and prioritization of the product backlog.
- Designing and implementing ideas, mockups, and prototypes to validate customer needs.
- Conducting thorough market and competitive analyses to identify trends and technological opportunities.
- Supporting go-to-market strategy by delivering product presentations and webinars for customers and partners.
Your qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in product management at a software company, in B2B software environments, or SaaS
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or product discovery (e.g., Design Thinking)
- UX affinity and a strong eye for user experience, with experience using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear business cases.
- Confident presence and excellent presentation skills (in German and English) to communicate technical content in an engaging way.
- A proactive “hands-on” mentality.
