Your tasks at Raynet
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as target/actual comparisons
- Analysis of deviations and development of recommendations for action
- Independent development of a professional project controlling system:
- Support for ongoing customer projects with regard to budgets, costs, schedules, and resources
- Preparation of preliminary and final cost estimates
- Performing target/actual comparisons for projectso Identifying project risks and developing countermeasures
- Working closely with project managers to ensure that economic targets are achieved
- Further development and automation of reporting and controlling processes
- Performing ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
- Working closely with accounting, management, and specialist departments
- Assisting with budget planning, forecasts, and investment calculations
- Supporting management with business analyses and key performance indicators
- Supporting the expansion of SaaS reporting structures for the software business
Our expectations
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification
- Experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on project controlling and/or SaaS business models
- Confident use of controlling tools, in particular MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB and/or IFRS as well as DATEV knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of optimizing processes
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of teamwork
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
